Meet the PSA Change team
Meet the PSA Change team
We’re proud to introduce the PSA Change team—experienced, committed unionists ready to deliver the leadership our union needs.
Together, we’re standing for a stronger, more accountable PSA—one that listens, takes action, and delivers real outcomes for members.
Scroll down to see our candidates for each electorate.
If you are not sure which electorate you are in, please get in touch, we’d be happy to help.
If elected, we would love to set up sub-committees that feed into council, so that complex areas like Corrections, DCP, Housing Trust, CFS and SA Pathology have stronger representation with our union.
You can also watch a message from Charlotte and Celia to hear why they are running, what they stand for, and how they will lead change together.
Charlotte Watson
Candidate for Branch Secretary
“Driven by fairness, I studied law and began my union journey in 2009 at the PSA. For over 15 years, I’ve worked in unions and industrial relations, fighting for real results. But what sets me apart is my energy and passion for fair outcomes. Over a decade working for unions, I’ve won for individual members, delivered in bargaining, and taken on group disputes with fierce advocacy, clear strategy and honest communication.
I’ll lead with strength and purpose to deliver for PSA members.”
Celia Brougham
Assistant Branch Secretary
“I began my working life in retail banking. Not long into the job, I stepped up as a workplace delegate and later became an organiser for the Finance Sector Union, fighting for members in some of the most hostile, anti-union environments. With over 5 years in SA Government agencies working across multiple departments, I know the challenges members face.
I’ll bring strong industrial advocacy skills, build relationships quickly and unite PSA members around shared goals.”
